• Organizers are responsible for participant data collected through their events.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must provide accurate registration information and comply with event rules set by organizers.

5. Account & Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software architecture, and design elements are the property of EventWings. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

EventWings provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for event cancellations, organizer disputes, participant misconduct, or indirect damages.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.

10. Governing Law
